The Global Online Team is looking to hire a eCommerce Operations Coordinator. This role will support all activities associated to managing the EA Storefronts across through maintenance of the catalogue of products, supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales for EA’s franchises’ across Digital Distribution.
You will report to the Director of Marketing and own our integrated communications strategy in partnership with Corporate Communications. The role means articulating our story, managing engaging conversations, building relationships and trust with our community of consumers. We do this via direct-to-consumer communications and community management, and serve as a strategic partner to our studio development and marketing teams.
The Global Online Team is looking to hire an Online Store Manager to lead the online marketing and merchandising strategy for Electronic Arts’ North America site. Reporting into the Senior Manager of eCommerce for North America, this person will be based in Redwood Shores HQ and be responsible for driving revenue through site merchandising, promotions, experimentation, personalization and optimized content management for the EA North America eCommerce site (Store.Origin.com). This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be an instrumental figure within one of Electronic Arts’ fastest growing channels, Origin, a Direct-to-Consumer Online platform.
