Description

    The CheckMate Level 2 training course has been developed to further the student’s knowledge of the CheckMate modules. The course will focus on all the new tools and advanced concepts using Mechanical Desktop, CheckMate and SoftOrient 32 (Windows).

     While the training has a set outline, it is important to consider that each course may differ slightly to accommodate the needs of the individual students. If the users would like more information covered on a particular topic, it is important to submit these requests a minimum of two weeks before the training to allow the instructor time for preparation of the content.

     In addition to the theoretical content list in the outline below, each class will be expected to program parts to be run on the class CMM, report deviations and analyze the data. Through a variety of projects the students will learn to use the reporting and analysis tools to diagnose manufacturing problems.

Format

The CheckMate class consists of the following:

  • 4 day course
  • Lecture and demonstration
  • Hands on exercises and examples
  • Actual Part Programming with Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine
  • Projects to be completed by the student - bring your own files and parts
  • Markham, Ontario, Canada location
  • minimum class size of 4

 

Pre-Requisites

    The training candidate must have completed the Standard CheckMate Training (Level 1) course,  the CheckMate Transition Training course, or be a proficient CheckMate user. Users should be familiar with CheckMate Programming, Reporting and SoftFit modules.

 

Fee

    The fee for this course is $2,000.00 per person.

 

Time

    This course will run from 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. on the days scheduled.

 

Cancellation Charges

    There will be a 50% cancellation charge within two weeks of course commencement.
