Preparation for New User Training:
Mechanical Desktop is the underlying CAD engine on which CheckMate Programming, Reporting and Analysis software is built. A good understanding of the features of this product and how to use it is a
prerequisite for becoming productive with CheckMate.
In order to keep up with the CheckMate course content, and therefore gain the most benefit from the course, it is
mandatory to complete the Origin’s on-line CheckMate Tutorials.
CheckMate 6000 – Double left mouse click the Mitutoyo CheckMate 6000 Icon on your desktop to start CheckMate.
Select Help from the menu, then select CheckMate Tutorials >CheckMate 6000
Tutorial.
CheckMate Pro – Double left mouse click the CheckMate Icon on your desktop to start CheckMate.
Select Help from the menu, then select CheckMate ProTutorial.
You will find all the tutorial files in “Drive:\Program Files\Autodesk\MDT6\Checkmate100\Demo Files” directory.
If you did not install the tutorial files, they will be on your CheckMate
10.0 CD and you will need to install them.
Complete the PRE-TRAINING CHECKLIST and fax to
1.416.626.1056.
Training:
Day 1 of the course builds on the knowledge gained from the pre-course exercises.
Days 2-5 build on the knowledge gained from the CheckMate tutorials.
