Throughout the frozen wasteland of Tau Volantis, Isaac Clarke uses his engineering skills to cobble together the perfect arsenal of weapons from a multitude of foraged resources. What’s the most impressive custom weapon you’ve developed so far in the Weapons Bench? Is it a Submachine Gun with a Suspended Ripper that inflicts electrical damage? Or a Chain Gun-Force Gun hybrid that can slow enemies down with each shot?

Ultimate weapon? A high profile high tech gun that can change ammunition style when you keep shooting so that you have a better chance at killing the enemy when one type of ammunition won't work. This gun would be able to see the enemy, and keep a database of how to kill it, and use the appropriate ammunition.

My ultimate weapon would start out as a standard handgun but it would have the ability to morph into any other gun you desire. It could be a gun that exists or a gun that you make up, either way it the handgun will morph into whatever you tell it to. There would be a microphone attached to the gun so you can tell it what to transform into. I would call it The Morphatron 5000!

Looking forward to getting my game soon, so excited! The demo was awesome and I know its gonna be a challenge to platinum this one. My all time favorite weapon to use for the game is the plasma cutter, not sure what to add for its secondary, but I'll think of something creative. But I'm looking forward to playing the game soon!

I stuck with the tried and true plasma cutter with a few elite circuit nodes to upgrade its clip, and damage. It was a difficult journey, but one well worth the satisfaction of finishing the story with only your trusty cutter at your side.
Loved the game you guys did a fantastic job, could not be happier with how it all turned out! Now it is time to play through it again.

well i'm going to go with the eg-900 smg paired with the planet ******* (plasma cutter) that thing ripped through everything that i shot it at including the big baddies at the end; I could kill one without having to empty the gun.
the other that was pretty good was the heavy assault rifle and shotgun, but still not as great as my first combo.

So far the best weapon I have is the evangelizer that came with the limited edition. I usually only use the shotgun under barrel attachment that came with it, which has bonus electrical damage that I added. Based on what I've seen so far, I'll probably end up using a shotgun with a ripper attachment that does acidic damage.

The Ultimate weapon? A two-handed military engine assault rifle with the rail amp with a cryogenic torch as a secondary. Oh did I mention the acid ammo? So when I shoot and freeze people they melt so theres less effort on my part. It's even better with 4 circuit upgrades on each attachment.

My ultimate weapon has to be a telemetry spike with the diffraction torus, so i get my lovely gatling gun, and military engine with conic dispersal, to top it off stasis coating so i can destroy necros from a distance and keep them at bay, but if one gets to close, shotgun to the face and instant knock-back so i rarely get hit, damage and fire rate are great circuits to add to the gatling gun, and for the shotgun, sheer damage seems to do the trick.

Eh, I prefer to keep it simple. Bullpup assault rifle with the Evangilizer shotgun attachment. I did tinker with a Plasma Cutter with a ripper attachment, but despite it being my two favorite weapons in Dead Space, I found a love for using a Javelin gun with the Repeater tip and an Explosive module. It sure works wonders in making mincemeat.

My most effective combo has been on a heavy frame with the military engine with default tip, and then a plasma engine on the bottom with the pushback attachment. It gives you the precision to hit targets at longer ranges, and allows you to push back enemies if they get too close

I'm really taking a liking to the Evangelizer with all +3 conduits, but probably to create one of my own I would have to say, javelin gun tip; with an Evangelizer shotgun attatchment on the bottom, with an ammo sweeper on top and an auto reloader as second attatchment. Picks of enemies from a distance with deadly damage or pulps them up close.

My ultimate weapon would surely be a hydrogen fuel cell-powered laser device, capable of turning anything it comes into contact with into ashes, that can then be swept up and harnessed into a flamethrower for fuel. This weapon would be powered off of the fear of my enemies, and with an added bonus, it would come with a waffle maker, and even waffle mix.

So far my favorite one has been my Elite Chain Gun with Cryo-torch. Ammo sweeper to keep up with my spray-and-pray tactics and flame attachment to light my enemies up as they rush me. If they get too close, the cryo torch slows them down to almost nothing, plus with the flame attachment it looks like I'm blasting out fire and ice.

So far my ultimate weapon has been a rocket on an elite frame with a underbarrel shotty supported with acid bath and a safety module for point blank rocket fun! Not to mention the tons of +2DMG +2 something else curcuits I've thrown on. Made it through the whole with just this on impossible.

You know how you can get ball and chain ammo for a shotgun? If I could get a Ball-and-Javelin launcher, that would be just dandy. Since you can't count on the javelin to impale and stick an enemy to the far wall, let the javelin pass through our fellow necromorph or zombie, and the ball and chain to remain on the near-side of the target's torso. Easy dismemberment from there on. :3

I've experimented with a lot of different configurations. My CO-OP partner says I'm a "bench addict." I suppose that's true, but a small price to pay for killing perfection! I've actually found that the Evangelizer shotgun paired with a force gun on the bottom along with electrified rounds is one of my favorites. Simple, but deadly!

my ultimate weapon would be a plasma pulse rifle (fully automatic) with unlimited ammo (only limited by overheating) along with a secondary weapon that's like a mini-chainsaw for anything that gets up close.. completed with a zoom-in scope for those times when i want to take out my enemies from afar and augmented with plasma damage (fire/electric) on the bullets and chainsaw.

Heh I beat the game with a machine gun over a under slung rocket launcher with a safety guard. Nothing more hilarious then being surrounded by necromorphs, firing a rocket at the ground at point blank range, and being unhurt as body parts rain from the sky. :3

Great job on EA for Dead Space, Dragon Age, and Mass Effect. My personal favourite would be ME3 Multiplayer. Dead Space has some great potential if they follow a similar upgrade tree comparable to ME3M for use in Campaign/Multiplayer. I've derived the few ideas from that experience listed below:
1) Utilize the necromorph corpses as its own weapon:
-Use Necromorph bones to create arrows for a "gatling-gun" type of weapon. Upgrate to synchronize with the suit to use electromagnetic bone-arrows.
Damage: Low
Effect: Stun
*Note: also use randomize special drops system to create the ultimate bow (or gun) for higher damage output.
-Other uses of the Necromorph corpses are as follows:
A) Gas Grenades (choice to craft acidic grenades for damage, or phosphoric cloud for higher radius)
B) Brute Armor Plating (very good for damage reduction when torn from the brute juggernauts WHILE they're alive i.e. quick time)
C) Adhesive Tentacles (organic tentacles that extend as grappling hooks for use in zero gravity and to escape a necromorph onslaught or pull one towards you.
2) Salvage advanced robotics and weaponry to combine with Inventory.
-Sources can be scarce so upgrades will have to be well thought out:
A) Decoy drone / laser turret
B) Mind Warp (send out a nanomachine to control a necromorph nearby.)
C) Shock Emitter (Isaac's palms shock anything they touch, very useful when ambushed in melee situations, however, inoperable after primary use for 30secs.)

My ultimate weapon, which has helped me a lot so far is a weapon with a compact standard frame, so it's not too big, with an electric charge to "shock" my enemies with. A Telemetry Spike as the upper tool to nail it to them, a military engine as the lower tool to pulverize them, and an extra clip to do 2x all of what I can do with my weapon already :)

My Ultimate weapon is a Heavy frame with a military engine. It's tip allows to have a burst fire and deal a bunch of damage. The lower attachment is an awesome flamethrower with a compressor tip, allowing to be more accurate, deal more damage, and go farther. Also the gun has a voltage thing on it, so that every shot ALSO deals electric damage. The gun instantly kills those weird little black zombies that run around.

After receiving the Negotiator, I knew it was a powerful weapon, but it could use some improvement. So of course, I took off the carbine on top and replaced it a gun that literally shoots buzzsaws. Now I have a suspended saw that I can keep running while blasting necromorphs back with a shotgun at the same time.

I thought a scoped sniper (military engine + MKV precision tip) would be underpowered in the tight quarters of most of the campaign, but when I gave it an underbarrel shotgun (conic dispersal, not evangelizer because of more range) to knock necros down before I surgically sniped their limbs off, it became an awesomely deadly weapon. Then I souped it up with maximum clip and damage chips, really boosting what I can do with it.
And now it's my favorite gun. And it looks amazing, too.

As of right now my ultimate weapon consists of a compressed flamethrower with a rocket launcher attachment. Great for close and far encounters! The circuits attached make each have full weapon damage! Really a great combo!

It is my chain lightning shooting lightning gun, shooting lightning faster than lightning can shoot. Start with a Heavy SCAF frame for added damage, use a Tesla Core for both upper and lower, then Tesla Enervator TIp for upper, and Difraction Torus for lower. Load it up with MK - II Electric Charge (for hilarious purposes) and then all +3+3 chips with emphasis on rate of fire FOR MORE LIGHTNING!! The ball lightning handles big enemies, the chain lightning for groups. PAKOW PAKOW PAKOW!!

S.C.A.F. Flamethrower with a Hydraulic Hammer for close encounters. MK-V Electric Charge attachment causes the flames to stun/stop necros in their tracks, so its unbelievably good for crowd control. Also has a Stasis Amplifier attachment for situations where I might need to stasis everything in a pinch. Maxed out "+3 Damage +3 Clip" circuits for both the flamer and the hammer, so it has an extremely high damage output.

Mine would be a smart rifle with smart ammo that fragments and homes in on the most vulnerable parts or a necromorph/enemy combatant. Threat got too close? then a volley of smart ammo would automatically deploy to ensure none get past my safe zone. Ultimate offense for the ultimate defense.

I've worked quite a bit on upgrading the clip for the rocket launcher, ensuring that it does obscene damage while having a full three rounds in the chamber at any time. The chaingun itself is equally delicious, easily mowing down the smaller mobs that aren't worth rockets.

My best weapon was a Full auto Machine gun with a rocket launcher sub weapon loaded with with 4 +2 damage and +1 Clip on each of the four slots main and 2 +2 damage and +1 Clip and two +2 Clips +1 rate of fire on sub with a ammo Sweeper and stasis rounds

An Ultimate Weapon? Well, I would like a gun that doesn't use ammo, but does at the same time, sort of like electric bullets. They can recharge over time, but can change to actual bullets since they can be more reliable at times and can also be interchangeable for the monster or enemy you're fighting. (fire, freezing, electric, etc bullets) Also with a sort of holo sight to aim and a mini-rocket launcher attachment on the side.

My absolute FAVORITE Necro limb clicers is my customized Heavy Elite Tesla Line Gun Sharpshooter with Stasis. The Stasis coating and amp makes the badies slow down as I turn in a 360 circle. My personal favorite is a semi auto rifle built on the S.C.A.F. heavy frame with an underslung line gun with fire damage and a larger magazine, modded for damage, reload, and a larger mag. The semi auto rifle helps limit wasting ammo and the line gun is great for whacking off legs and slowing things down.

I've seen a lot of interesting ultimate weapons, but I haven't seen my favorite yet!
I've found that a telemetry spike core with repeater tip to be quite powerful. but the trick is not to go for the obvious all + damage circuits. throw in some rate of fire circuits and the damage output is simply absurd, plus it's great for bosses because you can just spam spikes at their weak spots. You run through your clips fairly quick, so you use an ammo box attachment.
The only drawback is it lacks stopping power, which is why I put an evangelizer shotgun on the underside.
My wife's favorite would be the plasma cutter - she loves surgical limb removal.

I's a 12 gauge double barrel top of the line evangelizer shotgun on Hammond's frame. It holds 22 shotgun shells (with ammo support) and when given the right circuits creates an INSANE firing speed that can handle crowds or individual targets easily. On impossible it's either going to one shot most guys or knock them miles back. Stasis shots work well, but throwing on some acid/fire/shock damage doesn't do no evil either. It's honestly powerful enough without them.
I made it with the idea that having a much bigger clip pretty much gets rid of the need to have a fast reload speed. Don't get me wrong though, it still reloads pretty quickly. I've never had to reload in the middle of a fight.

The best would probably be the weapon I already built in the game. A pneumatic torch with a saw blade ripper on the bottom. Perfect for fighting whatever comes along, whether it be a necromorph, zombies, nazis, or robots. Nothing and I mean nothing can be a flamethrower and a sawblade.

It should be something like the #1 foam finger you got from beating Dead Space 2 on hardcore. Something funny to bring comic relief. Like maybe you carry around a crawler, that burps out shotgun blasts. Or you get a little marker bobble head with a smiley face that one hits lower tier mesomorphs. It would be lame to just have an over powered assault rifle or shotgun. That isn't what dead space is about. So please consider this. Sincerely,

The ultimate weapon would have extended mags for those clutch moments. A sharp point at the end for moments that would require me to scavenge for ammo. Sight for long range capabilities.
