Are you ready to rule? The Sims 4 is now available with Origin Game Time, giving players 48 hours of free, unrestricted gameplay. Now you can check it out without spending a penny.

Your Game Time starts whenever you want it to. Just add it to your Origin Game Library now, and begin your 48 hours at your leisure – the Game Time clock won’t start ticking until you've fully downloaded the game and launched it for the first time. That way, you can wait to enjoy your free time with The Sims 4 whenever you want, whether that be next week or next month. It’s a real-time clock, though, meaning it’ll keep ticking whether or not you’re actively playing – make sure you set aside enough time. Once you've started playing, we'll send you occasional in-game notifications letting you know how much time you have.

Best of all, if you decide to purchase The Sims 4 after your Game Time session expires, you can pick up your households right where you left off – all your progress will be saved.

So, what are you going to do with your free 48 hours? We have a few suggestions...

Move your friends and family into one big house. Will your Aunt Merrill get along with your punk-rock buddies? Model your Sims after them and find out.

Live out your dream of being an Angel Investor (or Best-Selling Writer). The Sims 4's career paths are super varied, and a few new ones were added for free last month, too!
