Which version of Battlefield Hardline is right for me?

• For the ultimate Battlefield Hardline experience, the Ultimate Edition is highly recommended as it includes the base game, all four expansions (Criminal Activity, Robbery, Getaway, and Betrayal), 3 Specialized Battlepacks (versatility, precision, and suppression), 10 Gold Battlepacks, and Premium membership (includes another 12 Gold Battlepacks).
• The Digital Deluxe Edition includes everything in the Ultimate Edition except Premium membership.
• The Standard Edition includes the base game and Three Gold Battlepacks.
• Digital Deluxe and Standard Edition users can upgrade to Premium at any time.
  
  

What is Battlefield Hardline Premium?

Battlefield Hardline Premium is a premium membership service for all Battlefield Hardline fans that includes four expansion packs: Criminal Activity, Robbery, Getaway, and Betrayal. It also includes 12 Gold Battlepacks that contain an assortment of in-game items such as XP boosts, exclusive camos, patches, and more!

What are Gold Battlepacks and when do I receive them?

Gold Battlepacks contain an assortment of awesome rewards you can use in Battlefield Hardline, including XP Boosts, Weapon attachments, Emblems, and Camos.

Standard Edition - Three Gold Battlepacks
• 1 Gold Battlepack will become available for Standard Edition players on March 17th, 20th, and 26th, 2015.
• Purchases after Launch week: upon activation, players will receive all Gold Battlepacks, released up to that purchase date, to a maximum of 3.
• Example: a purchase of Battlefield Hardline Standard Edition in December 2015 would receive all 3 Gold Battlepacks upon activation.
  
  
Deluxe Edition - 10 Gold Battlepacks and 3 Specialized Battlepacks
• 5 Gold Battlepacks and 3 Specialized Battlepacks will become available for Deluxe Edition players on March 17th, or upon game activation.
• The remaining 5 Gold Battlepacks will become available once per week on each Friday starting March 20th and ending on April 17th, 2015.
• Purchases after Launch week: upon activation, players will receive 3 Specialized Battlepacks and all Gold Battlepacks, released up to that purchase date and weekly until they have 10 total.
• Example: If a player purchases Battlefield Hardline Deluxe Edition in December 2015, they would receive 3 Specialized Battlepacks and all 10 Gold Battlepacks upon activation.
  
  
Battlefield Hardline Premium - 12 Gold Battlepacks
• Battlefield Hardline Premium members will receive 1 Gold Battlepack per month for 12 months.
• Purchases after Launch week: upon activation, players will receive all Gold Battlepacks, released up to that purchase date and monthly until they have 12 total.
• Example: If a player purchases Battlefield Hardline Premium in April 2016, they would receive all 12 Gold Battlepacks upon activation.
  
  
Ultimate Edition (includes Deluxe Edition and Battlefield Hardline Premium) - 22 Gold Battlepacks and 3 Specialized Battlepacks
• 5 Gold Battlepacks and 3 Specialized Battlepacks will become available for Ultimate Edition players on March 17th, or upon game activation.
• The remaining 5 Gold Battlepacks will become available once per week on each Friday starting March 20th and ending on April 17th, 2015.
• Receive 1 additional Gold Battlepack per month for 12 months as a member of Battlefield Hardline Premium.
• Purchases after Launch week: upon activation, players will receive 3 Specialized Battlepacks, all Gold Battlepacks released up to that purchase date and weekly until they have 10, plus an additional 12 Gold Battlepacks monthly. Purchases 12 months later will receive all Battlepacks immediately.
• Example: if a Player purchases Battlefield Hardline Ultimate Edition in March 2016, they would receive 3 Specialized Battlepacks, 10 Gold Battlepacks from Battlefield Hardline Deluxe Edition and 12 Gold Battlepacks from Battlefield Hardline Premium.
  
  

How do I redeem my Veteran’s Battlepack?

• As long as you own Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Battlefield 3, or Battlefield 4 on any platform and have an Origin Account, your Veteran's Battlepack should be available to you the first time you log in to Battlefield Hardline.
• Even if you register your copy of one of these games after you've registered Battlefield Hardline, you'll still get a Veteran's Battlepack the next time you log in to Hardline.
• The Veteran’s Pack includes:
  • One in-game Veteran’s Patch
  • One 200% Objective Boost
  • One 200% Teamplay Boost
